CLEAR IT OUT WEEK 2

Make someone's day is our theme again for week 2  @ CIO and what a way to let some special little boy know he is is loved by this fabulous image by THE STAMPIN CHEF.

This little pirate is so cute and was such fun to work with.

   I had some of this paper stashed way deep in a box and it goes so well with all the celebrations that have been celebrated lately on both sides of the border being Canada Day and Independence day for our American neighbors'…

Here I used my Prisma pencils and Bic markers…they can be used just like Copic markers I know cause I have both…you just need the Copic blender pen and it works basically the same….Bic is so much cheaper but both are equally good…just gotta find which one speaks to you best :)

I used some glitter stars for his buttons and stickles on the cross and skull along with his eye patch and shoe buckle…for the life of me IDK where the History box came from but thanks to whom ever sent it many moons ago, love using all that were in my stash. The ribbon was some left over from Michaels I think.

  So Canada day was Yesterday and we had all kinds of great weather BBQ’s and family and friends gathering for Fireworks. My Bugaboo image was colored with yes my Prisma pencils but wait my Flag was colored with the Bic Markers and I like the vibrancy of the color.Used and stampin-up CB folder of crosses some ribbon that was a gift many many months ago and some CS with red glittered stripes on it…put some stickles on the Maple Leaf’s.

Clear It Out challenge More Metal

Bugaboo stamps is our digi host this week and what a nice way to let dad know you’ll make him his favorite cup of tea with a heart felt card saying so. I had this old silver charm laying about just saying to me attach to a card so look I did LOL.  The tea bag tag had a heart on the end so what a great way to get some metal into this challenge…also again I had some metallic CS left over from Christmas and used it for the background.so come on over to Clear It Out Challenge and join in all the fun…looking forward to what you have to offer us in your creative design…LYNN B. <((><

Clear it Out Metal Challenge

Once again Fathers day is coming and what a special day that can be…SMILE dad and say CHEESE cause “I Haz Cheese” by “The Stamping Chef” was so cute I couldn't resist the little fella  :)  

   Used here are those metal dew drops for the fallen chunks of cheese oh yum LOL as well as a metallic background in silver  that I had left over from the Christmas holiday’s. CRITTERS AND EARTH TONES

I used my Prisma Pencils and gathered some of my stash to complete my project.

And we certainly wouldn't be the Clear it Out blog if we didn't challenge you to get rid of something in your stash. This week you are required to use:
2 or more Ribbons in your project  also Digi Darla has us using her images again how cool is that stop by and check them out
I used in my project this week …white card stock …baby blue CS …rick rack ribbon …ribbon pieces for the sound to pop out of the horn and some twisted ribbon pieces for the flowers(rosettes), some stickles for more pop and raised my little guy with pop dots…We always forget somebody's birthday so I wanted to finally use my belated stamp now to forget a birthday LOL like I do that “NOT”.

Clear It Out Tuesday Challenge

Hi every one this weeks challenge is all about RED and WHITE.
This week I was thinking….and that's something in itself :)   Anyway I was reflecting back to the days I first started to make cards. Well friends check this out I went back to basics…ANYBODY CAN MAKE A CARD so can “YOU”.
So come on first timers take it up, challenge is here for you to just challenge yourself :) .lets make a card and send it in just to see what can be accomplished in the world of card/crafting.

I used basic card Stock.used this fabulous Digi by Bugaboo stamps.Stop in there and check out all the wonderful Digis they have for us to use.Then I colored with my Prisma Pencils…my favorite you all know by now LOL.I did use red and then more red…POPPY RED…PROCESS RED…CARMINE RED..and a guest color medium from BIC teehee “Rambunctious Red”.
I used a rubber stamp from Penny Black called
“I’m head--over heals--in love with you!”
Then I used diamond Stickles to give it some POP.So friends just remember you don't have to have it all ya just need to try…I guess this would fit into the PLAIN AND SIMPLE category. So join us at Clear It Out and remember the CHALLENGE IS TO USE RED AND WHITE.
